A leading HVAC recruitment firm is seeking an experienced AC Engineer to perform service and maintenance across the M4 corridor from Bristol to Slough. The ideal candidate will have a F-Gas qualification and NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. This full-time role offers a salary of up to £45,000, along with 25 days holiday, a company vehicle, and other benefits. A structured working day from Monday to Friday is guaranteed.

Qualifications

  • Experienced AC Engineer with the ability to perform service, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out service, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across commercial and domestic sites.
  • Work independently while travelling between sites.
  • Follow a structured working day, leaving home at 8am and returning by 5pm.

Salary: Up to £45,000

Location: Swindon (or nearby) - covering the M4 corridor from Bristol to Slough

The Role

We are recruiting an experienced AC Engineer to carry out service, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across commercial and domestic sites along the M4 corridor. You'll be based in Swindon or surrounding areas and cover locations from Bristol through to Slough. This position is ideal for an AC Engineer who enjoys working independently, takes pride in high-quality workmanship, and is comfortable travelling between sites within a structured working day.

Key Requirements
  • F-Gas qualification (Category 1)
  • NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Full UK driving licence

Working Hours
  • Leave your home at 8am, return by 5pm
  • Monday to Friday
  • On-call rota: 1 in 5
