Qualifications

  • F - Gas Qualification required.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in the air conditioning field.
  • PTS Card preferable but not essential.
  • Systematic and logical approach to tasks and problems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform planned and emergency repairs on air conditioning units.
  • Complete all maintenance tasks as outlined in client specifications.
  • Monitor equipment condition and report on units needing replacement.
  • Work with Contracts Manager to price materials and labour for extra repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all planned and emergency repairs on client air conditioning units.
  • Complete all maintenance tasks exactly as outlined in the client's specifications.
  • Monitor equipment condition and report on any units that need replacing.
  • Create lists of any extra repairs (remedial works) found during routine visits.
  • Work with the Contracts Manager to help price up the materials and labour for extra repairs.
  • Order necessary parts for jobs and manage all incoming material deliveries.
  • Check delivery notes for accuracy and hand them over to the site foreman.
The successful candidate will have
  • F - Gas Qualification
  • At least 4 years' experience in the field
  • PTS Card preferable but not essential
  • Have a systematic/logical approach to tasks & problems
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
