A well-established Chartered Accountancy Practice in Huddersfield is seeking an AAT qualified Semi-Senior Accountant to join their team. The role requires experience within an accountancy practice, where you will prepare statutory accounts and manage a portfolio of clients, including sole traders and limited companies. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Sage 50 Accounts and Xero, and demonstrate strong relationship-building skills. The salary is competitive, ranging from £27,000 to £32,000 per annum with additional benefits including annual leave and a pension.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior with running a portfolio of clients.
• Prepare accounts, VAT returns and CT computations.
• Develop relationships with clients within the portfolio.
