Your role

You will be a key part of Atlantic’s A&R team, providing full A&R administrative support across our varied roster of established and developing acts, ensuring a smooth process from artist signing to recording to final audio delivery. You will serve as the primary liaison between A&R, Business & Legal Affairs, and Finance teams, focusing on budget management, detailed payment processing, and comprehensive contract administration.

Here you’ll get to
  • Organise studios, arrange artist/producer transport, book hotels, organise equipment hire, and find engineers and session musicians as requested.
  • Track recording budgets in collaboration with A&R and Finance, keeping projects on budget and informing them of any variance.
  • Coordinate the mix/master process, ensuring correct delivery of final audio files (including any additional audio formats such as DDP, acetates for vinyl, etc.).
  • Compile label copy credits for delivery.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Creative Production to ensure audio and label copy are delivered on time and fully cleared prior to the release date.
  • Maintain all incoming audio up to date on the internal file system (BOX), verify and archive with our external archiving team, and control movement of music within and outside the company securely.
  • Negotiate producer/mixer/remixer deals on behalf of A&R and liaise with Business Affairs to ensure all required paperwork is completed before release, including drafting WMUK musician agreements, remix agreements, etc.
  • Set up new suppliers, issue purchase orders to pay for recording costs, and handle enquiries related to purchase orders and invoicing alongside accounts payable and finance teams.
  • Report to the A&R Coordination manager and oversee day‑to‑day activities for recording projects assigned to you.

  • Previous A&R Coordination or Artist Management experience.
