Job description

Job Title: 7.5 Tonne Driver - Temp to Perm (Bristol)

Location: Bristol

Pay Rate: £14.93ph to £16.73ph (33k a year)

Your hourly pay rate is £14.93, and you will accrue £1.80 per hour in holiday pay for every hour worked, which is banked and paid to you when you take annual leave. We do this to make sure our drivers are fairly paid and encouraged to take proper time off work as we believe regular rest is essential for safety and mental wellbeing of all workers.

Shifts: Monday to Friday, Start times from 06:30 AM till 15:30 PM

Pure Staff Birmingham is currently recruiting experienced 7.5 Tonne Drivers to support one of our long-standing clients based in the Bristol area. This is a temp to perm with the potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing 4-10 drops per shift
• Manual handling – offloading using pump truck and tail lift (odd occasion handball involved)
• Always maintaining a professional and positive attitude

Qualifications

• UK Category C1 driving licence
• In-date Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph (Digi) Card
• Minimum 12 months experience driving a 7.5t vehicle
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence
• Flexible and reliable with a good attendance record
