Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Infrastructure or Network Support role.
• Strong understanding of incident, problem and change management using ITSM tools.
• Excellent experience supporting Microsoft Windows desktops and servers.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange, M365, SharePoint Online, Teams and Intune.
• Experience managing VMware environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update service desk tickets with clear details.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and platform issues.
• Carry out routine maintenance, backups, and system checks.
• Document systems, procedures and technical solutions.
• Provide on-call support.
