What You’ll Be Doing :

Warehouse & Delivery Performance

Own OTIF delivery performance across B2B and D2C channels (within 2% tolerance)

Lead performance reviews with 3PL partner Rhenus

Leadership & Team Development

Manage and develop Customer Service and Warehouse teams
