We’re hiring a Midweight/Senior3D Designer with experience working in the Exhibition and Events industry to join a B Corp creative studio specialising in brand environments. You’ll design impactful exhibition spaces and event experiences, taking projects from concept to delivery. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll combine creativity with technical know‑how to produce pitch‑winning ideas and commercially effective solutions.

What you’ll be doing

As Exhibition Designer, you’ll lead the creative process for exhibition and event projects, from brainstorming and concept development through to final design. You’ll translate client briefs into strategic 3D concepts, create compelling presentations, and present your ideas with confidence. You’ll attend client meetings, take briefs, and manage feedback to ensure designs meet expectations. You’ll collaborate with 2D and digital teams on cross‑discipline projects, oversee handoffs to production, and maintain creative integrity throughout. You’ll also stay ahead of industry trends, exploring new techniques and software to keep the studio at the forefront of design innovation.

What experience you’ll need to apply
  • Proven experience in spatial and exhibition design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing 3D design and brand environments.
  • Expertise in SketchUp (or similar 3D modelling software) and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Ability to hand sketch, CAD model and produce high‑quality visualisations.
  • Solid understanding of production processes and materials.
  • Passion for design and a desire to push creative boundaries.
Desirable
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
  • Experience with Twinmotion or Unreal.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and immersive experiences.
