Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven 360° Recruitment Consultant, based in Aberdeen, to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle - from business development and client acquisition to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement. You will act as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service and driving successful recruitment outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Client Management
    • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Negotiate terms of business and manage client accounts effectively.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Management
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates through job boards, social media, headhunting, and networking.
    • Match candidates to suitable roles based on skills, experience, and career goals.
    • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from CV preparation to interview coaching and job offer management.
  • End-to-End Recruitment
    • Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle - from client acquisition to candidate placement.
    • Ensure a seamless recruitment process for both clients and candidates.
    • Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs, including revenue and placement targets.
  • Market Insight & Strategy
    • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
    • Provide market intelligence and consultative advice to clients and candidates.
