Job summary

A leading logistics company in Liverpool is seeking delivery drivers to join their team. This role involves driving locally, loading, and unloading stock while building relationships with regular customers. Drivers will work an average of 45 hours per week on a flexible ‘Any 5 from 7’ contract that may include weekends. Ideal candidates will have a Cat B / 3.5T Licence, at least two years of driving experience, and a customer-focused approach to service. Opportunities for overtime are also available.

Qualifications

• Cat B / 3.5T Licence is required.
• At least two years of driving experience required.
• Previous experience in delivery driving is preferred.
• Ability to carry out manual deliveries is necessary.

Responsibilities

Our drivers are the beating heart of our business and you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive their deliveries on time and with a great service.

Working on an “Any 5 from 7” contract, our shift patterns will include some weekend working.

Making sure our customers are able to keep their shelves full with the products needed by their customers. You’ll be loading stock in to the vehicle at the Branch and unloading at the customer premises. You’ll also need to ensure the paperwork is completed accurately.

Cat B / 3.5T Licence

Previous experience of driving (at least two years)

Previous experience of delivery driving is preferred

Ability to carry out manual deliveries

Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive customer service attitude

Good level of literacy and numeracy
