Job summary

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, macOS and mobile OS, experience with M365/Entra ID/IAM/MFA, and scripting in PowerShell or Bash. You’ll help ensure secure, high‑performing systems and clear communication with users.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, macOS and mobile OS.
• Experience administering M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO and patching.
• Familiar with ITSM/ticketing, change control and documentation.
• Scripting/automation (PowerShell/Bash) is a plus.
• Clear, concise communication translating technical concepts for users.
