Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, macOS, mobile OS and SaaS platforms.
• Experience administering M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, and device compliance.
• Familiar with ITSM/ticketing, change control and documentation.
• Scripting/automation experience with PowerShell and Bash is a plus.
• Clear communication translating technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Subject-matter expertise in at least one: Microsoft migrations, Intune, Endpoint Configuration Manager, SharePoint, JIRA, API integrations, AI adoption.
