Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Linux, macOS and mobile OS.
• Experience administering M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, device compliance, EDR/AV and patching.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing, change control and documentation.
• Scripting/automation (PowerShell/Bash) is a plus.
• Clear, confident communication translating technical concepts for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve escalated issues across Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS/Android, networks, identity, and collaboration tools.
• Troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Meet SLAs and communicate with users and stakeholders.
