Job summary

Open Cosmos Ltd. is seeking a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to own escalated issues across Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS/Android, networks, identity, and collaboration tools.

You will troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions while supporting migrations to M365 and Entra ID and managing device baselines with Intune/Jamf. Strong scripting helps, with a focus on security and automation.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, macOS, mobile OS and SaaS platforms.
• Experience administering M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, device compliance, EDR/AV and patching.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing, change control and documentation.
• Scripting/automation (PowerShell/Bash) is a plus.
• Clear, confident communication translating technical concepts for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Own escalated IT issues across Windows, Linux, macOS, and mobile OS.
• Troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
