Job summary

Open Cosmos Ltd. is seeking a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to bolster IT operations across our offices and remote teams.

You will handle escalated user issues, deepen infrastructure work, and drive continuous improvement in a hands‑on role that combines troubleshooting, system administration, and security best practices. You will support Windows, Linux, macOS and mobile OS environments, manage M365/Entra ID migrations, configure device management (Intune/Jamf/MDM) and assist with network

Qualifications

Strong troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, macOS, mobile OS and SaaS platforms.
Experience administering M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, device compliance, EDR/AV, and patching.
Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing, change control and documentation.
Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell/Bash) is a plus.
Clear, confident communication translating technical concepts for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

Own and resolve escalated issues across Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS/Android, networks, identity, and collaboration tools.
Troubleshoot, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
Meet SLAs and communicate clearly with users and stakeholders.
Administer M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO; support migration to M365 and Entra ID.
Manage endpoints using Intune/Jamf/MDM, including software packaging and secure baselines.
Support LAN/WLAN/VPN/DNS/DHCP/firewall changes and monitoring; liaise with providers as needed.
Manage the full device lifecycle builds, replacements, RMAs and onboarding/offboarding.
Contribute to deployments and upgrades (office builds, Wi‑Fi refresh, EDR rollouts, migrations).
Improve automation, self‑service, reporting and monitoring through scripting and tooling.
Champion security best practice across patching, hardening, and access controls.
