Job summary

Open Cosmos Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to own escalated issues across Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS/Android, networks, identity, and collaboration tools.

You will troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. You’ll support migrations to M365 and Entra ID, manage endpoints with Intune/Jamf/MDM, and help improve automation, self-service, and security practices.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Linux, macOS, mobile OS and SaaS platforms.
• Demonstrable ability in administering M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, device compliance, EDR/AV and patching.
• Comfortable with ITSM/ticketing, change control and documentation.
• Familiarity with scripting/automation (PowerShell/Bash) is a plus.
• Clear, confident communication skills translating technical concepts for non-technical users.
• Subject‑matter expertise in one of: Microsoft Intune, endpoint configurations, SharePoint, JIRA, API integrations, AI adoption.
