Open Cosmos Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to strengthen IT operations.

You will handle escalated user issues across Windows, Linux, macOS and mobile OS, perform deeper infrastructure work, and drive continual improvements. The role includes administering Google Workspace, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, device compliance and patching, plus scripting to automate tasks.

Qualifikationen

Experience troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, macOS, and mobile OS.
Experience administering M365 and Entra ID.
Familiarity with IAM, MFA/SSO, device compliance, EDR/AV and patching.
Familiar with ITSM/ticketing and change control.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Handle escalated user support and deeper infrastructure work.
Contribute to automation, scripting and tooling improvements.
Ensure secure, high‑performing IT systems across offices.
Coordinate with providers and manage device lifecycle where needed.
