Job summary

Open Cosmos Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT operations and end-user support specialist to join our COO team. You’ll own escalation handling for Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS/Android, SaaS apps and identity services, and help drive improvements across tools and processes.

You will administer Google Workspace, M365/Entra ID, IAM and MFA, manage endpoints with Intune/Jamf/MDM, and support network changes while maintaining security best practices and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, macOS and mobile OS.
• Experience administering M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO and device compliance.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing, change control and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve escalated issues across Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS/Android, networks, identity, and collaboration tools.
• Troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Meet SLAs and communicate clearly with users and stakeholders.
• Administer Google Workspace, SSO/IAM, MFA and support migration to M365 and Entra ID.
• Manage endpoints using Intune/Jamf/MDM, including software packaging and secure baselines.
• Support LAN/WLAN/VPN/DNS/DHCP/firewall changes and liaise with providers as needed.
• Manage full device lifecycle builds, replacements, RMAs and onboarding/offboarding.
• Contribute to deployments and upgrades (office builds, Wi‑Fi refresh, EDR rollouts, migrations).
• Improve automation, self‑service, reporting and monitoring through scripting and tooling.
• Champion security best practice across patching, hardening, device compliance, and access controls.
