Open Cosmos Ltd. is seeking a hands‑on 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to strengthen IT operations across Windows, Linux, macOS, and mobile platforms.

You will handle escalations, perform deeper infrastructure work, and drive continuous improvement to ensure secure, high‑performing technology across offices and remote locations. Qualifications

Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Linux, macOS, mobile OS and SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

Own and resolve escalated issues across Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS/Android, networks, identity, and collaboration tools.
Troubleshoot, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
Meet SLAs and communicate clearly with users and stakeholders.
Administer Google Workspace, SSO/IAM, MFA and support migration to M365 and Entra ID.
Manage endpoints using Intune/Jamf/MDM, including software packaging and secure baselines.
Support LAN/WLAN/VPN/DNS/DHCP/firewall changes and liaise with providers as needed.
Manage full device lifecycle builds, replacements, RMAs and onboarding/offboarding.
Contribute to deployments and upgrades (office builds, Wi‑Fi refresh, EDR rollouts, migrations).
Improve automation, self‑service, reporting and monitoring through scripting and tooling.
Champion security best practice across patching hardening, device compliance, and access controls.
