A leading recruitment firm is seeking a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer for a hybrid role based in Doncaster. The successful candidate will support end users both remotely and on-site, with regular travel to locations including Leeds and Hull. As the 2nd Line IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for 1st and 2nd line support of end users on both a remote and on-site basis. The role will predominantly cover EUC across both Microsoft and Mac technologies. This will include Office365, Active Directory, Windows 10 and 11, as well as iOS devices. In addition to the core elements of EUC, you will also support networking infrastructure, covering LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi. The role will operate on a hybrid basis, and whilst there will be elements of remote support, you will also travel on a regular basis to sites across the north of England, including Leeds, Doncaster and Hull.
