10-100 Consultancy Ltd, an IT Managed Service Provider based in Milton Keynes, are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer to join our small but vibrant and energetic team.

The successful candidate will work primarily in a support capacity for existing 10-100 clients.
You will support on-premise, hybrid and cloud solutions for our customers, as well as carrying out tasks such as monitoring, diagnosing and troubleshooting network, server, security and infrastructure issues.
10-100 supports Hybrid Working with the expectation of moving to a 60% office-based, 40% home-based model after an agreed settling-in/training period. Occasional local travel to customer sites may be required, so the use of a car would be preferred.
In summary, you should have demonstrable experience primarily within Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Windows Desktop operating systems, Azure and AWS. VMware and networking experience would also be desirable but not essential.
You will have the ability to work well within a team and the confidence to take ownership of infrastructure projects and support tickets with clear and concise customer communication.
