Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically within the investment bank, but not sure where to start? Are you excited by supporting multiple businesses on a global level?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Apprenticeship Program within our Investment Bank Chief Operating Office (IB COO) business.

You'll get to:

  • develop your knowledge of the Investment Bank through exposure across business areas, products, and regions
  • work as a partner to enable various businesses of the Investment Bank, to analyze, develop and implement strategic solutions to improve and enhance the business
  • collaborate with colleagues in control functions to oversee the front to back environment for specific areas of the Investment Bank

Your expertise

We\'re looking for a candidate who:

  • has completed or is completing their A-levels (or equivalent) between 2024 and September 2026
  • has achieved or is on track to achieve ABB at A-level (or equivalent)
  • has achieved grade 5 in English Language GCSE and grade 6 in Maths GCSE
  • has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
  • is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  • is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
