Job title : 1st Line Support Engineer

Location : Leicester (office based)

Contract length : 6 months

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are seeking a dedicated and proactive 1st Line Support Engineer to join our Traffic Enforcement team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient running of all hardware, software, and services related to the Digital Enforcement Solution. You will be a key part of a team responsible for manual monitoring, first-line fault finding and investigations, contributing to the smooth operation of systems.

Provide telephone support, first-line fault finding and investigations

Utilize the InView Fault Management system to record issues and provide updates to affected clients

Generate and analyze system performance reports to proactively identify issues and opportunities for system optimization

Undertake appropriate training for equipment and systems as and when necessary, including formal and on-the-job training

Work closely with the team in an office-based environment (with potential for hybrid working further down the line)
