A leading SaaS company in Sheffield is looking for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer. In this hybrid role, you will provide customer support, troubleshoot software issues, and maintain communication with clients. Ideal candidates have IT support experience, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn about the vending industry. The position offers a competitive salary between £25,000 and £28,000, alongside 25 days of holiday and opportunities for personal growth.
