Job summary

Chalkline is seeking a motivated 1st Line Technical Support Analyst to join our Borehamwood team. You’ll provide frontline IT support to a diverse client base, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and cloud issues, and supporting Microsoft 365 environments and cloud infrastructure.

With 2–3 years’ experience in IT support, you’ll be comfortable communicating with clients, documenting solutions, and escalating complex issues when needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years or more in IT support, service desk or MSP environment.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and cloud issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to clients.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and cloud issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 environments and cloud infrastructure.
• Assist with IT deployments and system upgrades.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
• Escalate complex issues when required.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Document support tickets and solutions accurately.
