Job summary

Chalkline, a Focus Group company, are seeking a 2nd Line Technical Analyst (Out of Hours) to join our Borehamwood office. You will handle escalations for Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Windows and network products, delivering high-quality support to our clients.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years' experience in 2nd line support, strong communication skills, and are comfortable working shifts including weekends outside standard hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of 2nd line support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune.
• Strong written and phone communication skills.
• Willingness to work outside standard hours and weekends.
