Job summary

Situations Vacant Ltd is seeking a 1st line support analyst for their technical team in Watford. You will diagnose and resolve issues on customer environments while delivering high levels of service.

The role covers support/implementation of Windows Server and Office 365, MS Exchange/Active Directory, cloud solutions, and on-site visits as needed. Driving licence and transport are required; some client-site work may be involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' IT support experience.
• Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent spoken and written communication.
• Willingness to learn independently.
• Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, NAT, Firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Respond to 1st line tickets by phone, email, or on-site.
• Support/implementation of Windows Servers and Office 365.
