Job summary

Chalkline, part of Focus Group, is seeking a 2nd Line Technical Analyst to join the Out of Hours team in our Borehamwood office (WD6). You will support clients using Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server.

Based in Borehamwood, you will work shifts outside standard hours on a rota that includes weekends. The role offers a friendly environment and opportunities to grow your career while earning benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in 2nd line support or projects engineering.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Associate or Expert).
• Ability to work in Out of Hours rota and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line technical support to clients.
• Deliver project work and support deployment of Microsoft technologies.
• Work from Borehamwood office and on rota outside standard hours.
• Assist with on-call shift coverage and service delivery.
