You will provide 1st line support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and cloud issues, assist with deployments, manage user accounts and security policies, and escalate complex problems while delivering excellent

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in IT support, service desk, or MSP.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for technology and continuous learning.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1st line technical support to a broad client base.
• Diagnose hardware, software, network and cloud issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 environments and cloud infrastructure.
• Assist with IT projects, deployments and upgrades.
