The organization is seeking a highly motivated and resilient Recruitment Consultant to specialize in the defense sector, focusing specifically on software, robotics, or autonomous engineering roles. This is a 180-degree position with a strong emphasis on client-side activities, including initial sales calls, relationship building, and ongoing account management.
The role requires a "cold desk" sales approach, utilizing various methods like LinkedIn, emails, and cold calling, with dedicated researchers supporting candidate selection and building target lists. A key responsibility is managing the organization’s comprehensive 50-stage executive search process and meticulously maintaining CRM records.
