Job summary

SENse Learning is seeking Intervention Tutors to support SEND learners with 1-1, trauma-informed tutoring across KS1–KS5. Roles offer in-person, hybrid, and remote options and flexible hours to fit your schedule.

You’ll deliver bespoke sessions, build confidence, and track progress with parents, carers, or schools. Experience with SEND/SEMH and QTS/QTLS is valued, and safeguarding DBS checks are facilitated.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of post-NQT teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEN learners.
• QTS or QTLS required.
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with learners who have SEND/SEMH needs.
• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan sessions, tailor to EHCP/risk assessment, and report progress.
