Job summary

SENse Learning is seeking Intervention Tutors in the United Kingdom to deliver one-to-one, bespoke interventions for SEND and SEMH learners. You’ll work across KS1–KS5 in person, online, or hybrid settings, tailoring sessions to each student’s needs and goals.

Role emphasizes trauma-informed, child-centered tutoring with flexible hours and a supportive team. Interviews are arranged on a rolling basis, and successful tutors join a mission-driven community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of post-NQT teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• QTS or QTLS required.
• Holistic, trauma-informed teaching approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-1, bespoke interventions for SEND/SEMH learners.
• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid sessions.
• Plan, deliver, and assess tailored tutoring and mentoring.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and carers to monitor progress.
