Job summary

SENse Learning is offering Intervention Tutor roles to provide one-to-one support for SEND and SEMH needs across KS1–KS5. Roles include SEND Tutor, Specialist Teacher, and SEND Teacher with multiple positions and rolling interviews.

You will deliver bespoke, trauma-informed tutoring, work across in-person, online, and hybrid formats, and align with EHCPs. DBS and references are required, remote options available in the UK.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of post-NQT teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, PMLD
• QTS / QTLS certification is required
• Holistic and trauma-informed approach to teaching

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke, one-to-one interventions tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tutoring and mentoring
• Plan and report lessons and track student progress to schools/parents
• Build strong relationships with students and safeguarding-conscious environments
