Job summary

SENse Learning in the United Kingdom is seeking Intervention Tutors to provide one-to-one support for SEND and SEMH learners across KS1–KS5. Roles include delivering bespoke, trauma-informed tutoring in person, online, or in a hybrid setup with flexible scheduling.

You will build strong relationships, plan lessons, report progress, and work with families and schools to tailor interventions. A UK-based candidate with QTS and DBS clearance is preferred; rolling interviews and ongoing hiring.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEND/SEMH learners.
• Trauma-informed approach to tutoring.
• Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with students and families.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with children and young people with diverse needs.
• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan lessons, tailor interventions to EHCPs and risk assessments, and report progress regularly.
• Report lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
