Zonal Service Manager (Europe Region) - Remote based role - France based
Electric Vehicles Division
As the Zonal Service Manager, you will be responsible for dealer service performance in the zone. You will lead the implementation of service processes, provide guidance on business operations, identify areas for improvement, and support new project implementation within the zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely publication of customer engagement events to generate market excitement and pre-launch hype.
- Establish EV service workshops in line with standards, ensuring safety and operational compliance.
- Drive growth in After Sales Service to increase customer market share in the zone.
- Achieve workshop loading targets by increasing job orders and service volumes.
- Ensure penetration of EW, RSA, and AMC in line with organizational targets.
- Drive customer satisfaction metrics to meet or exceed benchmarks.
- Support strategic planning for Spare Parts through market intelligence and dealer visits.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively within agreed timelines.
- Promote service engagement campaigns with distributors and customer events.
- Lead product quality reporting, including feedback collection and audits.
- Design and implement attractive service schemes to increase workshop footfall.
- Ensure proactive customer communication on safety tips and promote peace-of-mind products.
- Conduct regular meetings with regional teams to assess realities and identify improvements.
- Support understanding of customer profiles to refine service offerings.
- Assist in spare parts management and coordinate with factory teams.
- Ensure new model service readiness with training, parts, and tools.
- Support onboarding of new dealers in the zone.
- Complete service-related projects timely, meeting targets and deadlines.
- Lead process improvements to enhance customer journey and monitor NPS.
- Boost dealer profitability and service absorption ratio.
Experience required:
- Degree-level education preferred.
- 13+ years’ experience in similar roles, including:
- Service marketing expertise.
- Knowledge of dealer service and parts operations.
- Territory management and dealer contact experience.
- Fluent or conversational in English, French, and ideally another language such as German, Italian, or Spanish.
