Job Title: Site Security Specialist

Location: Remote, flexible within Europe

As a Site Security Specialist, you will ensure the effective implementation of the Global Site Security Program, helping to mitigate risks and protect people, assets, and operations.

Drive cross-functional collaboration with Regional & Country Security Managers, Site Leads, Site Security Officers, Procurement, Facilities, M&A teams, and more.

Contribute to the development and rollout of training programs for Security Professionals and key site functions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable engaging at all levels of the organization, from site teams to senior leadership.

Contract Details: Initially a 2-year contract, with the possibility to extend or transition to a permanent role.
