To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a high energy, creative, team-oriented Manager, Business Controlling.

Your role :

1. Strategic Financial Leadership :
1. Budget, reforecasting management: Pilot and coordinate the budgeting and reforecasting process for all global Sales, Marketing and Customer Success departments.
2. Performance metrics: Build financial reporting and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
3. Revenue optimization and cost control: Oversee and enhance revenue streams to align with company objectives and monitor cost control measures to boost financial performance.
2. Business Partnering and Analysis :
1. Collaboration: Partner with top management leaders, providing analysis and strategic insights to increase impact on business performance.
2. Business Partner: Actively challenge and support the business to drive performance and strategic initiatives.
3. Strategic Decision Support: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to top management.
3. Team and Process Management :
1. Team leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 3 business controllers, ensuring effective support for key departments.
2. Process Automation: Lead initiatives to automate financial processes and improve efficiency.

Your profile :

1. Master's degree from a business school, engineering school, or University, with a specialization in Finance.
2. 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization.
6. Proficient in financial modeling.
7. Structured, organized, resourceful and rigorous person.
8. Experience with process automation and the use of advanced analytics tools.
9. Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with various departments.
10. Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
11. Experience with Anaplan, NetSuite, and Alteryx is a plus.
12. A strong interest in Artificial Intelligence is a plus.
13. Fluency in French and English required, as well as exposure to an international environment.
