About the Role
The Role concerns a major offshore wind project in Europe currently in pre-FEED. The service provider holder will perform engineering tasks for Operations and Maintenance activities related to offshore wind projects. This position is especially focused on the Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) package.
As a minimum, you are expected to :
In the pre-project phase, prepare Operations and Maintenance (O&M) employer documents, including but not limited to :
In the FEED and execution phases, comment in a constructive manner, including relevant proposals, and as needed all the documents issued internally or received from the manufacturers, which may impact on the future Operation and Maintenance of the projects, including but not limited to :
Prepare the technical specifications of :
Comment on specifications issued by others (Marine specialists for example) to ensure the documents meet all the requirements of Operation.
Provide technical support and coordination in the preparation of the following contracts :
Support the review of scopes of work and attached documents, and contractual documents in the negotiation phase, as required, identify articles at risk and make relevant proposals to make an acceptable compromise.
Prepare a set of relevant Key Performance Indicators to be used in our various O&M contracts, and the way to generate them efficiently.
