Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will shape roles, set objectives, and recruit top talent to scale Pennylane's website impact across Europe. This role embraces a remote-friendly, international culture.

Qualifications

• Lead and grow the Website Squad with clear roles, objectives, and rituals.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, Engineering, Sales, Demand Gen, Data, Brand, and Automation teams.
• Drive conversion improvements to boost demo bookings and self-sign-ups.
• Recruit and develop multidisciplinary profiles across conversion, product, and engineering.
• Integrate AI into daily work to accelerate processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Website squad and coordinate with Growth, Product, Engineering, Sales, Demand Gen, Data, Brand, and Automation teams.
• Set clear roles, objectives, and rituals.
• Manage and develop multidisciplinary profiles across conversion, product, and engineering.
• Foster growth in autonomy and seniority within the team.
• Integrate AI into daily work to accelerate processes (e.g., backlog management, landing-page creation).
• Recruit additional talent as needed.
• Define and prioritize initiatives that improve demo bookings and self-sign-ups.
• Monitor conversion KPIs and ensure measurable business impact.
