You will own website performance, set clear roles, recruit talent, and integrate AI to accelerate processes across experiments, landing pages, and international expansion.

This role blends leadership with hands-on optimization in a fast-growing fintech, offering hybrid/remote work options across France.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Growth, Conversion, or Product.
• Strong expertise in CRO and/or product management for a high-traffic website.
• Proven track record delivering measurable conversion improvements.
• Experience managing and developing multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep understanding of experimentation and A/B testing methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with Engineering on performance, tracking, and security (coding not required).
• Experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Hands-on AI to enhance squad operations.
• Fluent English.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, self-sign-up models, or fast-growing e-commerce with tracking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead our Website squad and collaborate with Growth, Product, Engineering, Sales, Demand Gen, Data, Brand, and Automation teams.
• Set clear roles, objectives, and rituals; manage multidisciplinary profiles.
• Foster growth in autonomy and seniority.
• Integrate AI into daily work to accelerate processes.
• Recruit additional talent as needed.
• Define and prioritize initiatives to improve demos and self-sign-ups.
• Frame, challenge, and unblock projects while empowering owners.
• Monitor conversion KPIs and share results with teams.
• Scale our A/B testing program with rigorous analysis.
• Lead brand redesigns and support new product launches.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure data quality.
