Job summary

H Company is an AI research and product company building the online engine to drive enterprise pipeline. We seek a senior Growth leader to own website redesign, SEO, paid channels, and conversion optimization for multi-market, enterprise deals.

You will collaborate closely with Brand, Content, Sales and RevOps, manage agencies, and report on traffic, conversions and pipeline monthly. Paris-based hybrid role with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital marketing, growth or web for B2B SaaS.
• Led a website redesign with measurable impact on conversions.
• Strong technical SEO skills and AI visibility experimentation.
• Managed paid agencies on LinkedIn and Google with a pipeline focus.
• Hands-on analytics, tracking and attribution; builds dashboards.
• Fluent English required; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead website redesign end-to-end with a web agency.
• Own multi-market setup (France, UK, US) and tracking in HubSpot.
• Design journeys to convert visitors to demo requests by persona.
• Manage organic visibility via SEO and AI answer presence.
• Steer paid acquisition and AB testing; optimize for pipeline.
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, Sales and RevOps; report monthly.
• Build and manage the digital budget and agencies.
