Alan SA. is seeking a Product Lead, Growth to own the Growth area and shape the product strategy across Conversion and Growth Infrastructure. You will lead PMs, drive experimentation velocity, and push AI-native initiatives that redefine how we acquire and convert members.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Brand and Data to align roadmaps, build a modular self-serve model for rapid country entry, and coach cross-functional teams toward operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product-related experience at Lead/Group PM level or as a Founder.
• Directly managed product managers, including hiring and coaching.
• Shipped real growth product focusing on conversion, activation, or referral.
• Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making.
• Hands-on in the engine room: event tracking, funnel analysis, dashboards, growth instrumentation.
• Close to AI with a clear view on bets and production LLM behavior.
• Ability to influence across distributed teams and geographies.
• Patient with members and prospects; feedback informs decisions.
• Healthcare minded and speaks English; French is a bonus.
