Pennylane is seeking a Growth Operations & Automation Specialist to join our Growth team based in Paris, with a hybrid working model. You’ll craft scalable automation, enrich prospect data, and drive AI-enabled workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Product.

You will connect our data stack with Salesforce, improve lead quality, and activate opportunities. Join a remote-friendly, international culture as we scale across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience in Growth Ops, Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, or automation, ideally in B2B SaaS or a scale‑up.
• Strong proficiency with n8n and complex, multi‑tool workflows.
• Ability to translate business challenges into tech solutions.

• Design and maintain scalable automation workflows.
• Automate prospect scraping, enrichment, scoring, and activation.
• Connect data warehouse with Salesforce to generate opportunities and insights.
