Pennylane is seeking a Team Lead Website to lead a multidisciplinary squad and scale conversion performance. Based in Paris with hybrid or remote options within France, you will own tracking, performance, and strategic initiatives to boost demo bookings and self-sign-ups.

You’ll collaborate with Growth, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Data teams, driving brand updates, international expansion, and robust experimentation to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of experience in Growth, Conversion, or Product, including people-management.
• Strong expertise in CRO and/or product management for a high-traffic website.
• Proven track record delivering measurable conversion improvements.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across Growth, Product, and Engineering.
• Hands-on experience using AI to enhance squad operations and processes.

• Lead and grow the Website Squad by setting roles, objectives, and rituals.
• Drive conversion by prioritizing initiatives to increase demo bookings and self-sign-ups.
• Scale experimentation through faster, more rigorous A/B testing and hypothesis analysis.
• Deliver strategic projects like brand updates and new product launch support.
