H Company in Paris/London hybrid is seeking a senior Growth marketing lead to own online engine, website redesign, SEO, and paid/organic channels for enterprise pipeline.

You will collaborate with Brand, Content, Sales and RevOps, translate data into pipeline, build dashboards, and drive multi-market visibility.

Fluent English, 6+ years in B2B SaaS growth, and a track record of turning visitors into qualified demos are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital marketing, growth or web for a B2B SaaS/tech company.
• Proven end-to-end website redesigns that improved conversion and pipeline.
• Strong technical SEO and experimentation with AI visibility and search.
• Experience briefing and managing paid agencies with a pipeline mindset.
• You master analytics, tracking, attribution and HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Lead the website redesign end to end with an agency and internal teams.
• Own tracking, analytics, attribution and HubSpot integration.
• Design enterprise journeys to generate qualified demo requests.
• Manage paid and organic channels with a focus on pipeline over clicks.
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, Sales and RevOps to align on goals.
