Bigblue is seeking an on-site Warehouse Specialist/Manager in Île-de-France to ensure daily performance across inbound, outbound, returns, and special operations. You will partner with the 3PL, Hub Managers, Atlas product teams, and merchant teams to keep execution aligned with Bigblue SOPs and meet daily KPIs.

The role requires being on the warehouse floor daily, strong data literacy with Excel, and clear multi-stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Must be on the floor daily with strong operations interest.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong data literacy and KPI tracking experience.

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily KPIs (productivity, quality, service) and act on variances.
• Support start-of-shift checks, meetings, issue tracking, handovers.
• Coordinate exceptions and merchant requests with clear communication.
• Serve as a key Atlas WMS user: troubleshoot and onboard new users.
• Analyze recurring issues and implement corrective actions with partners.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (layout tweaks, 5S, tooling).
• Provide structured reporting and share learnings for playbooks.
