Bigblue is hiring a Manager Warehouse Success to lead the Warehouse Success team on-site at one of our warehouses. You will serve as the senior link between warehouse operations, quality standards, and customer satisfaction, driving reliable, scalable, and compliant execution while developing the team.

You will own escalation management, ensure KPIs and SLAs across accounts, and support portfolio growth by partnering with Account Management and leading strategic reviews.

Qualifications

• +5 years of experience in a customer-facing or operations role.
• At least 2 years in a management position.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in logistics or operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Warehouse Success team, coaching and setting objectives.
• Own escalation management and ensure timely, structured resolutions.
• Drive KPIs and SLAs across accounts; oversee portfolio billing and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Account Management to identify growth opportunities.
