Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients through email, phone, and messaging platforms with questions about destinations, pricing, and travel options.

  • Provide up‑to‑date information on travel requirements, documentation, and agency procedures.
  • Manage booking updates, special requests, and cancellations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate client information and follow up before and after travel for confirmation and feedback.
