Parallel is building AI-powered recruiting to scale our teams in Paris and beyond. We are hiring a recruiter to grow our tech hiring, from Senior Fullstack to AI Engineers, with a focus on sourcing top talent and delivering a strong candidate experience.

Join Léa, our Talent Lead, and help shape hiring processes, write compelling offers, and partner with Hiring Managers. One day of remote work per week complements a busy, fast-paced startup environment in Paris.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of recruiting experience.
• Solid sourcing experience, especially for tech profiles, ideally gained at a SaaS company with a strong technical component.
• In-house recruiting experience is a plus.
• Sales mindset and the drive to win.
• Ideally, you have a good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Hire the best tech talent by gathering needs with Hiring Managers, co-building scorecards, and publishing offers.
• Source active and passive candidates through multiple channels with strong headhunting (LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, events).
• Assess candidates and run hiring processes end to end in Ashby, through to the offer.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every step.
• Be point of contact for Hiring Managers and help define team strategy through hiring.
• Contribute to improving hiring processes and employer brand.
• In your first months, make your first hires and improve time to offer through continuous improvement proposals.
