Job summary

Pennylane in Lille, France is seeking a permanent Tech Recruiter to support our rapid growth. You will join the Tech, Data and Security Talent Acquisition team and own full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles across Europe, partnering with hiring managers and leveraging data to inform decisions.

You will use AI tools in sourcing and screening, contribute to employer branding, and build proactive talent pools while delivering an outstanding candidate experience and driving process

Qualifications

• Have at least 4 years of tech recruitment experience in a fast-paced startup/scale-up.
• Actively use AI in your day-to-day and believe in its potential to transform recruiting.
• Are highly data-driven, tracking the right metrics to continuously measure performance and optimize your processes.
• Are valued by hiring managers as a true business partner, and deliver an exceptional experience to highly sought-after candidates.
• Demonstrate radical ownership and strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of roles in a highly autonomous environment.
• Have experience navigating modern ATS platforms (ideally Ashby).
• Are fluent in French and English and comfortable conducting interviews in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment on your Engineering scope across Europe.
• Be a strategic partner and advisor to hiring managers: challenge, anticipate, alert, and recommend beyond simple pipeline reporting.
• Produce data & predictive reporting (forecasts, KPIs) that influence hiring decisions.
• Leverage AI in your recruitment process and contribute to the AI/agent library.
• Contribute to team projects and rituals: referral program, employer branding, D&I, AI.
• Build and nurture talent pools proactively on strategic roles.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience end to end.
• Challenge and improve processes, tools and best practices.
